When preparing your accounts, we will always check that you are claiming for everything that you are entitled to.

Once we have prepared a draft set of accounts for your business we will sit down and review them with you. The review will include discussing accounting indicators that show if the business is operating to maximum capacity and profitability and if not than how that can be improved.

Anything you are not sure about or don’t understand will be fully explained. Any closing adjustments required will be carried out before a final set of accounts are presented to you for approval.

Because our focus is on quality and affordability a fixed fee arrangement will have been agreed in advance at a very competitive rate so you can relax and talk to us without worrying about the clock ticking.

Bookkeeping

We will sit down with you to gain a full understanding of your business so that we can advise on the simplest and most appropriate system of bookkeeping for your needs whether this be manual (until making tax digital comes in) or computerised.

We will be very happy to do the bookkeeping for you so that you can concentrate on running your business

  • You can periodically drop of you documents or we can pick them up

 

If you wish to carry out the bookkeeping yourself, we can offer training and on-going support 
  • We can tailor an Excel workbook for your business and explain how to use it
  • We can advise on the most appropriate software

Payroll

If you have any payroll questions, then speak to us. You may not need to set up on PAYE, or if you do we can provide you with an efficient computerised payroll service that can cover a single employee to multiple employees.
